why entrepreneurs

The world needs more entrepreneurs.

They're the ones who feel the weight of every decision and are passionate about building something meaningful.

They're the ones truly putting their neck out to see their vision through.

These are the people I prefer to work with.

But sometimes, I get call requests from their delegates, people tasked with discussing a project on their behalf.

Even though they may be the "decision maker", I find many of these conversations to be very shallow.

There's next to no passion, as they have no real skin in the game.

I'd rather go straight to the source and work directly with the individual who is responsible for creating the value.

I want to talk to the visionary — the leader — the reason there's any business here in the first place.

If we're going to do something truly transformational, it needs to start with the person who’s all in.

Otherwise, it's probably a waste of time.
