Scaling

For the past few years, I’ve been ruthlessly focused on building a hyper-specialized, high-value one-person business. And I still am—for now.

But once you see someone who has built a business fully aligned with who they are and the unique value they offer, scaling starts to make a lot more sense. It stops being about "making money" and becomes about fulfilling a real mission—one that others want to rally behind.

Scaling isn’t just about hiring people and increasing profit. It’s about assembling the right people, all rallying behind the same mission. Without that sense of camaraderie, growth feels like an uphill battle—something we force rather than something that naturally happens. But when we truly understand our strengths and the impact we can make, scaling isn’t about doing more; it’s about making a bigger impact in the right way.

So I’ll ask: what mission are you on? What’s the point of what you’re building, and why should anyone care?
