This week a friend and I launched a little web development shop for agencies and in-house creative teams.

It took about 2 hours.

The business is simple.

You provide the design, you receive a fully developed site built in Webflow.

The funnel is simple too.

There are three big phases:

1. Traffic – A source of traffic.
2. Demonstration – Show an example of what we can do,
3. Conversion – A way to convert visitors into paying customers.

Here's the plan for each...

1. Traffic: Reach out to our personal network, making the service available to them.
2. Demonstration: A simple one-page portfolio of past work.
3. Conversion: We'll schedule a call to talk about the project and see if it's a fit.
