junk food opportunities
Would you believe me if I told you the secret to making more is actually doing less?
99% of the time, my advice to clients boils down to one word: focus.
Focus on what you do best.
Focus on becoming known for it.
Let go of everything else.
"But won't I leave opportunities on the table?"
Yes.
You'll leave the wrong opportunities on the table.
The ones that look tempting but don’t truly align with your strengths or vision.
I see these "wrong opportunities" as being like junk food.
They may help fulfill a short term need, but they don't do much for the longevity of the business.
Empty calories.
Waste of time.
Wrong opportunities can be very enticing, similar to junk food when you’re really hungry.
But in the long run, they're not going to serve you.
In fact they may actually harm you.
They'll hold you back.
If you want a healthy business that thrives, you’ve got to leave the junk food opportunities on the table.
They'll always be there — but it's up to you to turn them down.
