So there’s this legendary burrito spot here in Nashville...

It’s a local staple.

For years I was there every other week.

Until one gruesome day-

I had just finished work...

And met up with a few friends at the restaurant.

I ordered the same as usual.

I'm not sure what happened...

But something went horribly wrong.

I’ll spare you the details …

But I quickly became VERY ill.

I was stuck in bed for a full 10 days.

It was bad.

Needless to say, I haven’t been able to return since. 😔

I used to really look forward to going to this place.

But just the thought of returning makes me squeamish.

It made me realize that despite having a long, positive relationship with your customer…

Just one bad experience can end it all.
