We think these features may be what differentiates us.


We think it's the stuff that sets us apart.


But a feature is really not a great differentiator if it provides the same outcome as our competitors.


Our best customers do not care about our features.


They care about the benefit that we can provide for them — the end result.


They care about the outcome.


So ... let's sell them the outcome.
