Do you see the potential?

Today I had a great call with a seasoned entrepreneur.

What was supposed to be a 1 hour “intro call” turned into a 3 hour full on strategy session.

Vibe was good so we just dove right in.

Their business has been around for over 20 years.

They’ve got an amazing product and great margins.

All of their manufacturing in-house.

Dream scenario.

They have two main revenue streams.

One is b2c and the other is b2b.

The bulk of their business over the years has been primarily b2b- providing their product and manufacturing services for other brands.

The consumer side has been pretty dead- they just haven’t been able to make it click.

The problem is clear.

They’ve failed to clearly illustrate the unique problem they solve- and do so in a tasteful way that gets noticed.

To put it bluntly, they haven’t done a good job at selling themselves to the consumer market.

It’s the one thing that’s been keeping them from becoming a household name (like the other brands they support).

So that’s what we’re going to work on 😀

If you have a product that has felt “dead” for some time now, you owe it to yourself to speak with someone who can help you look at it from another angle and see the potential.

Whether it’s me or someone like me… it could be the thing you need to finally move the needle.

This “brand” stuff is hard to do on your own when you’re stuck in the day to day.

It’s a lot easier and waaaaayyy more fun with a collaborator.
