Consistency always wins

It’s 7pm on a Monday evening.

Your kid is already fast asleep.

Babysitter just arrived.

It’s date night.

Your significant other wants pizza.

You have two options and 30 seconds to decide.

Do you:

A. Go to the place you’ve been 100 times?

or

B. Try something completely new?

It might sound fun to try something new, but it’s a risk.

It could be a total flop.

Why fix what isn’t broken? 🤷‍♂️

Once you find a pizza spot that consistently nails it, why go anywhere else?

We are creatures of habit.

My point being:

When you consistently meet your customer’s expectations, you hold a good place in their mind.

They can rely on you to always provide a certain experience, despite all of the other options out there.

And they’ll always come back for more! 🍕
