Coffee shop options

If I had to guess, I'd say there are probably 60-70 coffee shops here in Nashville.

Four of them are within easy walking distance from my house.

But how do I decide which one to go to?

Each shop holds a specific place in my mind...

A "position," if you will.

Some go to a coffee shop to meet a friend, have a sugary drink, or a big pastry.

But 90% of the time, I just want:

• a quality espresso
• a comfortable place to sit and write this email
• the option to sit outside
• somewhere I can walk to

But only one of the four consistently nails all of these...

And as a result, they get 90% of my business.

Sometimes consistently delivering on just a few unique desires is enough to make you the obvious choice in the right person's mind.
