There are a number of KPI's you can monitor as you're going through a rebrand:

  • Conversion rates
  • Click through rates
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Retention
  • Lifetime value


There are more, but these are what my clients have most often prioritized.


I see brand as the lifeblood of a business...


And a business is either growing ... or dying.
